Luciano is a seasoned hospitality leader with vast experience in hotel operations, having served as a general manager for prestigious hotel chains across Europe, Southeast Asia, and South Africa. His balanced management approach and industry expertise enable him to navigate hotel operations effectively. Anh is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector.
